And I think I have it now - not so much that my legs twitch at night, but before I go to bed, when I'm tired, keeping my legs still drives me nuts - I have to keep moving them around. Thankfully, when I lie down to sleep it goes away (every time but once).

I've heard that the exercise thing helps, too. Maybe I should start doing that. (I do think it's worse if I've been sitting all day.)

And happy birthday Lucas!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18155604.post-70903324350625865882007-09-09T18:39:00.000-06:002007-09-09T18:39:00.000-06:00happy birthday (sorry for the lateness) for lucas!...happy birthday (sorry for the lateness) for lucas!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18155604.post-42963293424409416842007-09-07T09:16:00.000-06:002007-09-07T09:16:00.000-06:00Happy belated birthday, Lucas! Both my sister and a...Happy belated birthday, Lucas!

Both my sister and a friend of mine get that when they don't get enough calcium. I have no idea why. My friend describes it that she gets "jumpy" legs when she hasn't taken her calcium-magnesium supplement.

I hope it's that, and not something freaky that Dr. Google found.Queen of West Procrastinationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17216968234999269409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18155604.post-29241056865397418532007-09-06T19:22:00.000-06:002007-09-06T19:22:00.000-06:00Happy birthday Lucas! There's nothing worse than having a restless night of sleep and then being expected to put in a full day of work the next day.
