A couple posts ago I marveled at the number of frozen potato items available in a local grocery store. After all, this is Idaho, and you'd think fresh potatoes would be on everyone's plate. Running across these freezers makes me suspect otherwise:

I'm sure you _can_ get fresh potatoes somewhere, but you're in the land of Ore-Ida now. Jeff had a Forrest Gump moment once when taking the train out to Oregon when a woman who worked at the Ore-Ida plant launched into a listing of all the kinds of potatoes they made.
