All hail, dear alma mater. . .

Another reason I heart my alma mater: Angela Davis is the commencement speaker.

Which prompted this comment from a reader at the Des Moines Register blog:
the liberal nitwits at grinnell would invite charles manson if they could get him out of prison for the day.

    Exactly, Dr Hussy. What the heck does Charles Manson have to do with Angela Davis???

    At any rate, I hope that the transcript of her remarks are made available at some point. I would love to hear them!
