1. Last night Blogger finally gave me a chance to try out Blogger Beta. I decided to try it out today, but now the conversion link is gone. Wah!
2. The big one: Lucas just threw one of his little trucks at my laptop's screen and now there are dings, cracks, and dark and light spots in the display. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I tried to take a screenshot of the damage so I could share it with you, but it didn't show up well.
Perspective, trillwing, perspective! It's good to have First World problems.

I feel for you. I had dog scratches on a laptop screen for the longest time. And I just decided to switch to beta and now it won't finish converting my blog, which means I probably can't do anything with it 'til the blogger people get this resolved. First word problems, indeed!
very true, perspective is impt. but it still can't help us ignore the frustration...
Speaking of First World problems, my 'Endnotes' keeps displaying the entire script every time I insert a citation, turning 15 page papers into 30-pagers. Mysteriously it all prints out normally. Tips are appreciated if you know why this happens.
Anyway, when I get really irritated I think about the stuff actually referenced in the citations: poverty statistics for Bangladesh. Perspective indeed.
Oooh, so sorry...
Now I don't feel so bad about my super-glued and bandaid-taped laptop screen. At least it's just to the frame and there are no light and darks spots.
